Defining your lead is important. As a course that is worth thousands of Hong Kong dollars, the conversion is better defined as a contact made, instead of an instant sale.
Remove all possible barriers from customers to interact with you.
Once you have defined your conversion objective, you then can focus your energy getting the right leads. Think from your audience’s perspective. If I were a SME owner with an interest expanding into the online market, what information will I be looking for?
When your potential customer is interested, make sure you hook them up quickly. A simple, two-column registration form asking for their name and telephone number is sufficient to proceed them to the next level of sales funnel. A 10-column, old school application form which you use it when you meet your potential customer will only make them say, ‘Ah, never mind.’, and navigate to somewhere else.
